She has held senior roles at Monitor Deloitte, advised Fortune 500 companies, and co-founded ventures in construction, consumer products, and creative industries—bringing a deeply executional lens to strategic growth. Julie holds an MBA from Cornell University’s SC Johnson College of Business, with concentrations in strategy, finance, and business management. At Youterus Health, she serves as Chief Operating Officer, where she leads finance, governance, cross-country implementation, and capital mobilization. Her work ensures executional discipline, donor accountability, and operational excellence across all funded initiatives.
