Join Us in Building What Should Have Always Existed
We're transforming uterine health across Africa, and we're looking for people who believe African women deserve early, accessible, and dignified care.
Senior Program Lead
Location: West Africa–based
Time Commitment: Full-time (12-month renewable contract)
The Role: The Senior Program Lead, West Africa is the engine room of Youterus Health’s next chapter. This role takes the pilots in Sierra Leone and Nigeria from design to delivery, turning bold commitments into measurable results. It demands both operational mastery and entrepreneurial drive — building systems that center African women, holding partnerships to account, and proving what the future of uterine health can look like.
At Youterus Health, we believe diversity is strength and lived experience is expertise. We are women-led, Africa-anchored, and values-driven. We welcome candidates of all backgrounds and identities, and we actively encourage those with lived experience of uterine conditions to apply.
